The fitness industry has been a huge part of my life. I have been on both ends of the spectrum. I started out as skinny kid and overtime I gained a lot of weight mainly by improper nutrition. Battling being overweight as a young adult was tough. In high school I started wrestling and through proper nutrition and an exercise program I was able to transform by body and mind. Exercising regularly taught me self-discipline, consistency, hard work, and sacrifice. Fitness has definitely molded who I am today.
I have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. My background as a Physical Education teacher enabled me to coach my athletes on the importance of nutrition and exercising on a regular basis is. I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in 2008 from Lindenwood University in Physical Education. I also pursued my teaching certificate in K-12 Physical Education and Health Education. I taught physical education at all levels for 4 years and coached Football and Track for 5 years. I have enjoyed my journey in fitness and it just seems only right to be a personal trainer with Titanium Fitness LLC.
After playing several sports my entire life I started body building which has again molded me further into who I am today. I have learned so much in fitness over the last 15 years that it has made me a well-rounded trainer and coach. Fitness will continue to be a big reason why I enjoy looking forward to the days ahead of me. My wife Diana Beckham (IFPA Pro figure competitor) has been a huge support in everything I do. It is very helpful when you have a person in your life that shares similar goals and values as I do. I look forward to helping others pursue their path of greatness in and outside the gym.
